I'm not sure how long I'll be back or how much posting I'll be doing on here but I decided I'm just going to do this for myself so it doesn't matter how often I do it. A lot has changed since last time I posted! I'm now a live-in volunteer in a Catholic assisted living home, have moved out of my home town to do that, and have a car! I've been taking a break from actively discerning my call to religious life because there are a number of things I need to work on before I'm spiritually ready to take that step. I'm currently discerning between going back to school for a teaching degree, going back to school for a BA in ASL, or moving to a place where I know I'll have full time work without a degree of any kind. All three of those options are kinda scary so I've been growing a lot in trusting God. I'm very peaceful (for the most part) about my life right now and very content with where I'm at. Please pray that I can find a good spiritual director in my new area and that I'll be open to hearing whatever it is that God has for me to learn.
